MedicPen AB (publ) develops, produces, and markets patented products that help patients optimize their medication adherence. The products are used by patients, consumers, and staff in healthcare and in clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry.

MedicPen AB is based in Halmstad. The company has been listed on AktieTorget since December 11th, 2006.

Strategy

MedicPen AB (publ) develops products that make it easier for patients to optimize their intake of medication. The products are aimed at the consumer market, pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare staff. The products will initially be launched in Sweden but also on a future international market.

Patent

Patent issues have a high priority and MedicPen is protected by several patents in Europe, Asia and North America. The company’s products are unique as they combine simple administration and the ability to store ejection history. This allows safer medicating, at the correct time, and at the correct amount. Development work has resulted in the submission of several patents that will provide substantial protection for the Medimi® product and MedicPen AB’s product platform.

The goal is to develop new medical technical innovations and strengthen the product portfolio, to increase users’ quality of life, and to increase the growth of the company and create wealth for our shareholders.
